This whitewater rafting adventure begins at Routt Access northwest of Walden and ends at the Six Mile Gap Campground. In other words, we begin in Colorado and take out in Wyoming. On this river rafting journey, you plunge right through the awesome 800-feet-deep Northgate Canyon on the dancing waters of the North Platte. The Class III and Class IV rapids of the North Platte River are challenging and fun to navigate. We usually watch eagles on this trip and sightings of bear and river otter are not uncommon.
The minimum age for rafters on this adventure is 13 years.
